Friday's Feast

It's Friday, so that means another Friday Feast.

Appetizer: When was the last time you received a surprise in the mail, and what was it? It's been several months, probably more than 6 months. It was a cashier's check. I have no idea who it came from. It was obvious they wanted to remain anonymous. But, it was very much appreciated & came at a time when I needed it most. God certainly has a way of working things out, huh?

Soup: If you could have a summer and/or winter home, where would you want it to be? There's a place in Flat Rock, North Carolina that I just love. When we do girls' weekends to NC, we always stay there. I would love to have a summer/winter home there because it's only 45 minutes from here - - - so, close enough to not be too far away, but just far enough away to get a break. Of course, these homes are high dollar, so this will never be a reality, but hey . . . a girl can dream, can't she?!

Salad: Pick one: pineapple, orange, banana, apple, cherry. Orange.

Main Course: Describe the nicest piece of clothing that you own. I'm a 'go-for-comfort' girl, so I don't really own a lot of what would be considered fashionable, designer or even 'nice' clothes. I do have one formal dress that I bought my first Christmas working at the law firm. We had our Christmas party at The Westin Poinsett and it wasn't really an event that I could go to dressed for comfort. I've worn it a total of 2 times - the Christmas party and an evening wedding. Probably will never wear it again! Talk about a few hundred dollars WASTED!

Dessert: If you could forget one whole day from your life, which day would you choose to wipe from your memory? This is an easy one! I wouldn't want to wipe away the memories of my daddy, but definitely the day he died!
