This week's topic is: 10 THINGS YOU'D BUY IF YOU HAD A MILLION DOLLARS (AND YOU HAD TO SPEND IT ON YOURSELF). Here's my list:
- I'd 'buy' my way out of debt, first!
- A townhouse or condo.
- The only furniture I have that wasn't a hand-me-down is my bed, so . . . . new furniture (and furniture that actually matches).
- A day at the spa - I'd get the works! I need a little de-stressing these days & this would do the trick!
- A trip or two - most definitely a trip back to Charleston, SC and to Flat Rock/Hendersonville, NC because it's been so long since I've visited either place. I also want to visit Greece, Ireland & Italy.
- A new car - not that I don't like the car I have, but who wouldn't love a new car? And, I think I could swing it with $1 million!
- A new wardrobe. I desperately need new clothes. I couldn't tell you the last time I bought any new clothes.
- TiVo! I've always wanted it, but would never spend the money on it!
- A top-of-the line camera! I've fallen in love with photography & would love to have a better camera to test out my skills (or lack thereof).
- It's hard to come up with a list of things to spend on ME! And, I just can't come up with anything else. So, I would invest the rest of my money in my church, charity & others. Because, after all, I'm happiest when I'm doing for others, which is gift to ME!
If you'd like to play along, feel free to do so. Just leave me a comment so I can check out your answers! Have a great week!

Great list!
Your number 1 is the same as mine would be... I would love not to worry about my student loan debt! I would save (is that an option) the rest of the money... or use it to travel the world...
Happy Tuesday!
I think I should have been practical and had your #1 on my list, too! ::hugs::
Great list! I'd probably pay off my debt first too, forgot that one. Thanks for the comment!
Cool list. My first would be the same as yours too but I guess since I know I will never have the money to get out of debt.... who thinks about it.... LOL!!! Have a happy day!!!
I want a condo too..!
(Thanks for dropping by my blog)
I love your #10! Giving to others really is a gift to yourself, isn't it? Great list!
I LOVE South Carolina! We try to visit Hilton Head as often as possible!
I don't think I would spend it on myself except to pay bills off. Then I would help each of my children, their children and my parents.
Thanks for stopping by and your sweet comments. Sandy
Practical and fun at the same time. I left of charity, but I probably would give quite a percentage, because I am just that way :)
How fun is this..mmm..what would we do? Love to ponder things like this!! thanks for entering our giveaway!

What a great list. I'm so glad you stopped by my blog. Of course it was on a day when I was a bit cranky. Thanks for your well-wishes.
I hope to come back soon.

I would use some of the money to invest in starting my own company. I think it would be great to create great jobs for people. (and myself!)
Also wanted to thank you for stopping by my site and entering! Have a great weekend!
Thanks for the sweet comment you left on my blog! I appreciate you stopping by. In case you don't win the tile, but are still interested, I charge $35.00 and that includes my supplies and labor. Thanks again!
